About Ruilin Zhu
Ruilin Zhu is an experienced International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS). Since launching her practice in 2017, she has provided expert lactation support and hand expression services to hundreds of mothers, working both in clinical settings at HCA Healthcare and as a private practitioner. Over the years, she has accumulated extensive experience in lactation consultation, helping mothers overcome a wide range of breastfeeding challenges.
Using evidence-based hand expression techniques, personalized lactation plans, and tailored dietary recommendations, Ruilin has successfully assisted mothers in addressing issues such as low milk supply, engorgement, breast pain, and acute mastitis. Her compassionate and scientific approach not only alleviates discomfort but also empowers mothers to achieve their breastfeeding goals with confidence and ease.

Our services include lactation consultation, painless hand expression, breastfeeding guidance, and postpartum care, helping mothers navigate every stage of their breastfeeding journey with confidence.
Our Philosophy
